The sewage treatment plant in the industrial park includes the first and second phases of the project, with a daily treatment capacity of 25,000 tons. It mainly treats industrial wastewater and some domestic sewage in the industrial park . It aims to reduce the pollution of the surrounding water environment caused by industrial activities and is important for improving the local water environment. Resource quality and protecting the ecological balance of the watershed are of great significance.

During the field visit, a series of process automation instruments such as Meacon electromagnetic flowmeters , ultrasonic flowmeters , ultrasonic level meters , dissolved oxygen meters , pH meters , etc. were spread throughout every corner of the park, covering every link from source monitoring to terminal processing .

Engineer Feng said that it is precisely because of these automated instruments that accurate measurement and real-time monitoring of industrial and domestic wastewater are achieved , greatly improving the accuracy and efficiency of wastewater treatment . "Especially with the help of the cloud platform , real-time data can be viewed anytime and anywhere, and we no longer have to run around the factory non-stop!"

Meacon's Digital Business Department introduced that on Meacon's independently developed digital platform - Instrument Cloud , the equipment can be uploaded to the cloud with just a scan . Whether through the "Instrument Tangtang App" or the "PC web terminal", customers can access real-time sewage flow, water quality parameters, equipment operating status and other key data anytime and anywhere.

In addition to real-time monitoring , the abnormal alarm function of the instrument cloud adds security to daily operations; the data reporting function further facilitates the management to conduct statistical analysis on the operating status of the sewage treatment plant, and provides detailed data support for optimizing process flow and evaluating energy conservation and emission reduction effects.
